Terms of Use
Effective Date: March 25, 2026
Last Updated: March 25, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of affordablehealthcareplans.net (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Prodest Insurance Group ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
1. Not a Government Website
This Site is not affiliated with HealthCare.gov, the federal Health Insurance Marketplace, any state-based health insurance exchange, or any federal, state, or local government agency. Prodest Insurance Group is a private, licensed health insurance brokerage. We do not represent or act on behalf of any government entity. Any information provided on this Site regarding the Health Insurance Marketplace, open enrollment, special enrollment periods, or subsidies is for informational purposes and should not be construed as official government guidance.
2. Broker Disclosure
Prodest Insurance Group is a licensed health insurance brokerage, not an insurance carrier. We do not underwrite, issue, or administer insurance policies. Our role is to help you compare and evaluate health insurance plans from multiple carriers and assist you with the enrollment process.
Jeremy Irons (NPN: 20969524) is the president and principal broker of Prodest Insurance Group. The company holds active health insurance producer licenses in the following states: NC, SC, GA, FL, TX, VA, TN, AL, MS, AR, KY, IN, OH, PA, NJ, CO, and AZ. We are only authorized to transact insurance business in these states.
When you enroll in a health insurance plan through our services, we receive a commission from the insurance carrier. This commission does not increase the cost of your plan. You pay the same premium whether you enroll through us, directly with the carrier, or through HealthCare.gov or a state-based exchange.
3. Informational Content Only
The content on this Site, including articles, guides, plan comparisons, and frequently asked questions, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute insurance advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or medical advice. The information presented may not reflect the most current regulatory developments, carrier offerings, or plan details.
You should not rely solely on the information on this Site to make insurance purchasing decisions. We recommend consulting with a licensed insurance professional (including our team) to discuss your specific situation before selecting a plan. Insurance products, availability, pricing, and benefits vary by state, county, age, household composition, and other factors.
4. TCPA Consent Terms
When you submit a form on this Site and check the consent checkbox, you provide your express written consent to be contacted by Prodest Insurance Group (NPN: 20969524) and licensed insurance advisors at the phone number and email address you provided. Contact methods may include automated telephone calls, pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails regarding health insurance products and quotes.
Your consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. You may revoke your consent at any time by:
- Calling us at 866-981-8620
- Emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Revoke Consent"
